Birthday Cake

Well, last Saturday, the Dancing Gang threw a birthday bash for the February babies (Happy Helen and Gregarious Gina) in Ms Lactose’s humble home in Gombak.

Since the party theme is all about love, the dress code: Everyone should have a heart shape on his/her clothes to be allowed entrance.

Set Jin a.k.a. Ms Hot Ass came out top in the best breast.. err.. I mean, best dress category.

And free flow ice cream soda cum ribena. It was surprisingly an alcohol-free night, except for the kahlua in the dessert.

This party is for adults only.. but we ended up playing kiddie games – London Bridge is Falling Down and trying to guess the names of superstar couples. It was fun, nevertheless.

Those who were trapped in the “bridge” once the music stopped, would have to succumb to torturous request. I was made to pretend crying and WY – laughing like a hyena, which she managed to pull off effortlessly.

Mr Phantom was made to purr like a cat on the heat at night, Helen and Ms Hot Ass were summoned to dance (Dancing Queens, they are!) and Boon Seong was forced to propose to CK for his hand in marriage (I am a supporter of gay marriages).

Gifts were distributed for winners and as a courtesy for being good sports.

Most of my friends know I prefer practical gifts (Read: CDs and Books), and so here they are, my list of Birthday presents this year:-

The Bartender’s Guide (which consists of 1400 Cocktails) from Ann, No. 1 fan (She feels that the Dim Sum treat at Mandarin Oriental is not enough to add cholesterol in my blood stream and encourages me to go drinking with her mom)

Homemade Strawberry Cake from WY
Moon Flower Perfume, Body Shop from Wang Loi and YCF
A new cupboard from my sister

And endless free treats, which left me suffering at wit’s end to lose weight now.
